Hi! My name is Sabrina. Mountain View native, it is important for me to provide excellent service for my community. As Treatment Plan Coordinator at Forever Smiles Dentistry, my goal is to transparently present treatment plans and schedule appointments. As a courtesy to you, I verify insurance eligibility and benefits before every appointment to make sure you are completely aware of any out-of-pocket fees.

When I’m not working alongside our wonderful team, I enjoy spending time with my two fun and fabulous daughters. Together, we love to shop at Target and take day trips around the bay.
